If Susan had her way, you wouldn’t be looking at a photo of her and I wouldn’t be writing this profile. Not one for the limelight, Susan is our super efficient ‘back office’ dynamo who makes it so easy for the rest of us to do what we do best...marketing.
But it’s not only our team that benefits from her administrative and technical skills – she also provides database support to clients and is an absolute whiz at documenting processes and making it simple for clients to understand certain software and communication tools.
Having grown up on a farm, Susan brings a typical ‘No. 8 wire’ approach to Synthesis and can turn her hand to most things – not that we’ve needed her to drive a tractor or bale hay up until now. She is great however at ‘nutting out’ anything technical and resolving all our computer issues.
When you phone Synthesis, chances are the welcoming voice you hear will be Susan’s. But don’t be fooled. She does have a ‘no-nonsense’ voice that she reserves for telecommunications and power companies. We tend to close her office door at that point.
With her feet firmly on the ground, Susan enjoys rural life and her involvement with the pony club and rural school community. She also coaches junior netball and is an avid reader.
